While most of Utah's national parks are composed of red rock, the delicate arch shown here is white because of the opposite end of the heat and desert: snow. The most distinctive part of this flag is the Delicate Arch, which is one of Utah's most popular attractions in the desert (also depicted on one of Utah's license plates).
